"I like most people avoid the dentist but my experience here was different. The office is in a converted house not some cold medical building which was welcoming. I am a veteran with PTSD and Anxiety the staff took that into account and walked me through every step of the way with respect and dignity and if I needed a break they were fine with that. Dr knaust who worked at the V.A. while doing my exam told me exactly what she was going to do and her exact location because of my PTSD. The dental assistant Kim was patience and reassuring and calming. My overall experience from the smile and welcoming from Jasmine at the front desk was above and beyond. I will say most medical offices are cold and unwelcoming but here they treat you with respect and dignity and as a family. You can tell by listening to the staff and how they interact with each other this is the dental office for you especially Veterans."
