What do you enjoy most about the work you do?
The most enjoyable part is to make a positive impact on patients' lives. Helping put patients at ease during procedures and taking great care of Dr. Walsh's patients.

What is the most inspiring part of your job?
Helping see patients through their dental fears and anxieties, so they can feel more comfortable and safe in the dental chair.

What is the most important part of the job you do?
Ensuring a traumatic-free patient care experience and ensuring consistent assistance in detailed work for Dr. Walsh.

What makes you happiest, when you’re not working?
Spending time at home with my husband on our two horses, cooking and baking, and helping people in our community.

We look out for each other throughout our day with great teamwork!

How do you think your colleagues would describe you?
Team player, willing to help out any way I can, hard worker, organized, loyal, and very caring.

Do you have any skills or talents that most people don’t know about?
Horseback riding since the 5th grade (and still have horses at home), play the piano. Working with my husband at his garage restoring frames of cars and trucks.

What is your favorite vacation or "happy place"?
Being at the ocean, Sacandaga Lake, or Caribbean cruises.

I moved to NY in 2002 from Germany. I met Dr. Dodd at a Stewart's and interviewed in German. I run the Saratoga Springs Study Club and have trained hundreds of assistants and dentists in my years here.

Why did you decide to work in dentistry?

I wanted to have a meaningful career for life.

We are all in this together as “One Family”.

I get to help patients overcome their dental fears and provide comfort during treatments.
