Always such a good experience. Cleanings go friendly, quickly and the tech’s are gentle. The first time I had to have a filling, they listened to me about my anxiety and provided solutions. The second time I had to have a filling was yesterday and I had no anxiety at all. Dr. Raffuel is very personable, caring, and gentle. I didn’t feel the novacane pain at all really and for the first time in my life only the amount of novacane needed was used. My whole face wasn’t numb for 24 hours like usual… Dr. Raffuel is well informed and explains what he is doing and why. He knew I would be sore from some of what he had to do and he prepared me for that and gave me medicine there and to take home. He was right every step of the way and took good care to make sure I was okay and comfortable. He is also the only dentist so far to care enough about my TMJ pain to offer me a solution that no one else had yet and I am grateful to at least give it a try. The receptionists are very knowledgeable and friendly!! I never have to wait long to be called in and the hygienists tech’s have always been so kind and quick and gentle. I recommend Greenwich Family Dentistry to everyone I can. More

Highly recommend! I recently moved back to the area and was having a hard time finding a dentist as everyone was booked out months ahead. Scheduling was professional, efficient, and courteous. My first visit with this office was today and I’m very impressed. I worked with Shelly and Dr. Marcus and both were outstanding. I have not been taking care of my teeth, and I know that. Neither one of them made me feel ashamed or gross at all. Shelly really took her time to do a great job cleaning my teeth. They feel so clean now! They answered my questions and calmed my fears. I feel so relieved leaving when I went in very nervous. In addition to all of that, the office got me in in just a few days as a new patient (on a cancellation, but how awesome!). Let’s be honest, who likes going to the dentist? Not me! But Dr Ruckert makes the appointments as pleasant and comical as a dental appointment can be. I had previously been told by another’s dentist I needed thousands of dollars of work done. Dr Ruckert showed me my imaging and explained what really needed to be done and why which was very little work. He gained my trust at that point. The staff is truly welcoming. It’s a very easy going atmosphere and you can tell the staff genuinely likes working together. You can hear the giggling between coworkers which is a comforting feeling when you’re about to have a pair of them working together on your mouth. :) More

After fear kept me from seeking dental care, I’m almost done with a 2 year long care plan that has included several fillings and crowns, 4 extractions, 2 root canals, 2 implants and intense cleanings. Up until 2 months ago, I took a mild sedative to ‘get me through’. With the understanding, kindness, compassion and encouragement of Dr. Dodd, Sue, Shallen (sp?), Dr.Walsh, (and many others) I now feel confident enough to smile! More

Dr. Ruckert is the BEST! I came in with a serious infection and cavity in my molar. He created a play for treatment which consisted if my tooth being removed. He took my molar out AND my wisdom tooth with just numbing medicine . He did such a great job that I had no pain, discomfort or swelling the next day. I was healed in a week. When my 90 year old mother had an appointment with Dr. Dodd, and she was uncomfortable with getting out of the car, Dr Dodd actually went out side to the car and took the denture impression, in the car! From the second I called as a new patient, having just moved here from across the state, I was met with the most genuinely kind admin, Erin, who helped me get setup with an appointment immediately. My hygienist, Lacey, was so bubbly and upbeat during the entire cleaning, talking about kids (I'm 8 months pregnant) and telling stories - she had me cracking up and feeling incredibly comfortable. Dr. Gorman...you, my friend, check every box. Personable, professional, knowledgeable...I've never enjoyed an appointment or office more.
