I needed to find the dentist. I had a cracked tooth. I found Queensbury Family Dentistry and made an appointment. They discussed what should be done. I agreed and scheduled the work. I now have a new crown and I am very happy with the finished tooth. The office is very professional. Also very friendly. Nice people to deal with. The dentist and hygienist were fantastic. Once again very professional. They explained everything thoroughly before proceeding. I couldn't be happier with the finished results. I will definitely be getting any dental work and cleaning done through them. Five stars from me. More

Our family started with Dr Godici and team 5 months ago after missing several years. We have had a great experience with front desk, scheduling, and multiple hygienists. We have had minimal wait times and don’t feel rushed during the appointment.I have needed multiple procedures and Dr. Godici has been excellent at explaining what is needed, options and alternative paths. He is very clear during procedures and focused on patient comfort. We’ve all been very pleased and glad to have made the switch. More

I had an emergency crown issue and was able to get in same day. Dr Franklin and his assistant were very professional and able to address the issue and get me scheduled for follow up. I walked out with a temporary crown and very happy with the whole office. My insurance had changed since the last visit, and I was able to sign up for their Smile Advantage Program. Just another perk offered through office since Medicare dental is so limited and needs some updating. More

Uodate 7/31/2026A Composite that I had in my front tooth for about 50 years broke off. I called on a Tuesday morning about coming in to see about it being repaired., I was called back immediately and it was repaired on Friday morning in about a half an hour. Dr. Kavanagh and his Able-bodied assistant worked wonders. Thank you.As a new patient, I expected a long wait for the first appointment, actually the wait was less than 24 hours. Came in for my first appointment, was seen on time, in a fabulous modern facility. The two ladies at the desk were enormously friendly, Jean, my hygienist, was personable, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. And very efficient. I had my teeth whitened in the office today. WOW! I couldn't be happier with the results. My teeth look natural but bright. The entire process was carefully explained from beginning to end to aftercare. Audra is kind and reassuring. Adding that I needed a crown removed and Dr. Marcus Raffuel is the best dentist I've ever had. This place is great and I REALLY dont like going to dentist appointments, but I would go back here. They were really nice they told me everything they were doing and why they offered me bottled water gave me sunglasses so the light wasnt bright and in my eyes or damaging them in anyway, plus they have a little tv at your feet. I had my first appointment here in January of 2026 after not going for way too long due to a traumatic experience. Dr. Kavanagh and team are INCREDIBLE! The girls at the front desk are always to kind and helpful! I haven’t had a bad hygienist either. Jean preformed my initial intake and cleaning and she is the sweetest and so incredible! I had some emergency and unexpected work that needed to be taken care of and they never once made me feel like it was my fault. Unfortunately that also means I’ve been in their office multiple times since my initial appointment! Dr. Kavanaugh is the best! He keeps in real but also take into account that you’re human!
