Yesterday I was struggling very with severe tooth pain. Not only did they listen to me and handle me professionally and with the best care, Dr. Marcus gave me a last minute root canal and saved me from my mental spiraling. I was in so much pain and called the office in tears. They got me right in, he fixed my tooth and all my pain is gone today! I can’t say enough good things about this office. I like most people avoid the dentist but my experience here was different. The office is in a converted house not some cold medical building which was welcoming. I am a veteran with PTSD and Anxiety the staff took that into account and walked me through every step of the way with respect and dignity and if I needed a break they were fine with that. Dr knaust who worked at the V.A. while doing my exam told me exactly what she was going to do and her exact location because of my PTSD. The dental assistant Kim was patience and reassuring and calming. My overall experience from the smile and welcoming from Jasmine at the front desk was above and beyond. I will say most medical offices are cold and unwelcoming but here they treat you with respect and dignity and as a family. You can tell by listening to the staff and how they interact with each other this is the dental office for you especially Veterans. More

The staff was polite, courteous and answered all of my questions regarding my dental plan. Today, my dental hygienist was Shaylon and what a kind, pleasant and personable young lady. I arrived a little early and checked in, the staff were very friendly and professional. The hygienist Sarah did a great job of cleaning my teeth, taking updated x-rays and used a diode laser to keep my gums healthy. Dr Miyamoto looked under the hood and I was on my way in less than an hour. More

After invisalign, I did teeth whitening with Zoom and bonding on my 4 uppers and a fixed retainer on my lowers. The communication between the office and myself was flawless. I’ve used Lake George Family Dentistry for over 3 years and won’t go anywhere else. Everyone there is professional, friendly and helpful, and I’m fortunate to have Dr. Christian Ruckert and dental hygienist, Tammy tend to my ongoing dental care. The office staff is wonderful and efficient too. Plus whenever I need additional care, i.e. dental surgery or an endodontist, LG Family Dentistry works with and refers patients to top professionals in those fields. I moved to the NY Adirondacks from Houston 4 yrs ago for family reasons and was stressed about finding good dentistry up here. Though I’m moving back to Houston, I plan on visiting family here each yr and will plan those visits around when I can schedule appts with Dr. Ruckert. I am dental phobic, so l require a dental team to help me. These guys were amazing both explained everything that was going to happen either before or after they started. My only issue was the Novocaine injections (3 of them) were extremely painful. I realize that's a difficult spot for an injection - l have received many shots in my life, but that was pretty bad. Perhaps trying some distraction techniques would help. Aside from that. It was very good experience. More

Coming from someone who’s always had bad experiences with dentists and haven’t been to one in years due to high anxiety, I can absolutely say this place changed my look and how I feel about going to the dentist. I had a tooth pulled By Dr.Raffuel and he talked to me every step of the way with what I should feel and kept asking how I was doing during the procedure. Not once did I feel judged but was talked to like a human being. I hardly felt the needles which from past experiences/dentists they were always super painful. The removal of the tooth wasn’t bad! He promised that I wouldn’t feel a thing and that promise was met. I could be more pleased. More

Always such a good experience. Cleanings go friendly, quickly and the tech’s are gentle. The first time I had to have a filling, they listened to me about my anxiety and provided solutions. The second time I had to have a filling was yesterday and I had no anxiety at all. Dr. Raffuel is very personable, caring, and gentle. I didn’t feel the novacane pain at all really and for the first time in my life only the amount of novacane needed was used. My whole face wasn’t numb for 24 hours like usual… Dr. Raffuel is well informed and explains what he is doing and why. He knew I would be sore from some of what he had to do and he prepared me for that and gave me medicine there and to take home. He was right every step of the way and took good care to make sure I was okay and comfortable. He is also the only dentist so far to care enough about my TMJ pain to offer me a solution that no one else had yet and I am grateful to at least give it a try. The receptionists are very knowledgeable and friendly!! I never have to wait long to be called in and the hygienists tech’s have always been so kind and quick and gentle. I recommend Greenwich Family Dentistry to everyone I can. More
