As a person whom has severe dental anxiety .Trust me when I say that the entire staff will make you feel absolutely comfortable and at ease. I have had a few procedures done at LGFD and my experiences have been great and my results, i couldnt be more pleased. Dr Marcus is great! His plans are always based on good methodology, which is important to me. We go over briefly what is wrong, why it is that way and what we are going to do to correct it, and if applicable, what plan B will be. The times i have had a question during a procedure, he stops and addresses my question. I always feel i am in good hands with Dr Marcus. In addition, the entire staff at this office should be commended. Tammy and Shelly have been doing my teeth for years and always do a great job, and they are nice people! Great first experience! We just switched to this office for insurance reasons. My 13 year old son fractured his front tooth and we saw Dr. Marcus today. He bonded the tooth and it looks perfect! I have been a patient at Saratoga Springs Family Dentistry for nearly 20 years and could not be happier. The staff, from the front end receptionists, to the hygienists, and all of the dentists, Dr. Dodd in particular, have always been warm, welcoming, and so kind in their approach to treatment. I’ve always had massive anxiety in regards to dental care, and since finding this wonderful practice I haven’t given it a second thought. I don’t know where I could find this level of care and service, and hope I never have to go looking. Ten out of ten stars! More

From time of arrival to leaving was 35 min. My only negative comment is that the parking lot is small and there's very limited room to maneuver. More

I just left Dr. Walsh and Diane after having a temp crown placed. I had to leave my previous dentist after years of building trust and was devastated. My dental anxiety is rooted all the way back to childhood and very hard to overcome. New experiences are terrifying but when I sat down Diane made me feel so at ease. Dr. Walsh's care was absolutely painless and as gentle as possible. The care and concern for my comfort I felt throughout the whole procedure immediately put me at ease and I feel like I found new friends as well as caregivers.
