I have been seeing Dr. Raffuel for the better part of 20 years. He is by far one of the most competent, most knowledgeable, most caring, most friendly dentist one person could ask for!!! Even though I live an hour away from the practice, I would travel twice that far just for his expertise....but it goes much farther than that with me....and sooooooo many of his other patients....he's family to us!!! I trust him 110% with his care and recommendations!!!! Dr. Felpo is #1 in my book. He is very professional and compassionate. I had to discuss a previous problem I had with anesthesia. He listened intently and made me feel at ease. The extensive work he did turned out PERFECTLY! It is literally the first time my bite after such work needed NO tweaking! It was perfect the first time he told me to bite my teeth together to see if my bite felt good. After just finishing dinner, it is very obvious to me that Dr. Felpo is excellent at his craft. I a extremely pleased of the work he performed on my broken tooth. Dr. Felpo's assistant Abbey is also second to none. Abbey was very attentive to all my needs and concerns from the time she came for me in the waiting room to walking me out to the front desk after my procedure. She asked several times if I needed anything. I was also amazed how well she worked with Dr. Felpo. I am a new patient of Clifton Park Family Dentistry. After 40 years elsewhere, it was not easy making the change. Everything I mentioned above has certainly put me at ease and convinced me I have made the perfect choice. I had a painful toothache that started on Sunday. Monday I called and they got me an appointment for the next morning. The front desk was very helpful, Marley the dental assistant was great and caring and explained the procedures. Dr Marcus was friendly and caring and explained everything I needed to know. Unfortunately I have to have an oral surgeon remove the tooth. Dr Marcus fixed my tooth so at least I am not in pain anymore. Such a pleasant experience. Fit me for my permanent crown. Dentist worked to make sure it was a good fit. She also adjusted my retainer due to orthodontics work prior. She went above and beyond to make sure that it fit well and even molded a new one that she picked up in Saratoga and brought to the Gloversville office for me. I had an emergency crown issue and was able to get in same day. Dr Franklin and his assistant were very professional and able to address the issue and get me scheduled for follow up. Uodate 7/31/2026A Composite that I had in my front tooth for about 50 years broke off. I called on a Tuesday morning about coming in to see about it being repaired., I was called back immediately and it was repaired on Friday morning in about a half an hour. Dr. Kavanagh and his Able-bodied assistant worked wonders. Thank you.As a new patient, I expected a long wait for the first appointment, actually the wait was less than 24 hours. Came in for my first appointment, was seen on time, in a fabulous modern facility. The two ladies at the desk were enormously friendly, Jean, my hygienist, was personable, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. And very efficient. I KNOW A GOOD DENTIST WHEN I SEE ONE!! “WHERE HAS CLIFTON PARK FAMILY DENTIST BEEN ALL MY LIFE??!!” “BOTH ABBYS, AND YOUNG DR FELPO, ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS, IN DENTISTRY TODAY!!” I WAS DESPERATELY TRYING TO FIND A DENTIST TO REMOVE AN ACHING TOOTH!
