This office is awesome!! Everyone is so friendly and upbeat all the time. Yesterday, I had an issue that needed to be dealt with. Even though Dr. Ruckert was not in the office he was contacted and I got a call back within 5 minutes. Dr. Marcus made room in his schedule to fix the issue. Never felt rushed and it was the same friendly staff! I highly recommend this practice! More

Amazing Service,I had a filling fall apart on a Thursday morning, I stopped by and asked if they could help me, I got an appointment the NEXT day at noon, they close at 1pm on Friday…I am a part time resident of this area.I was promptly greeted, taken right into the office and the DR replaced my fillingI had a very sensitive tooth and the Doctor was very patient and kind.I had no dental insurance & the price was VERY reasonable.I highly recommend this Doctor.He is now , my dentist!I want to thank the entire staff, the receptionist. We had fallen behind on our dental care and hadn’t been in a few years, so we were a bit nervous, but the entire team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional.When searching for a new dentist, they were one of the only offices in the area to return our call, and they were able to schedule us as new patients within just a few months, which we really appreciated. Our cleanings were some of the best we’ve ever had, and what stood out most was how comfortable they made us feel. At no point did we feel judged, just genuinely cared for. I’ve used Lake George Family Dentistry for over 3 years and won’t go anywhere else. Everyone there is professional, friendly and helpful, and I’m fortunate to have Dr. Christian Ruckert and dental hygienist, Tammy tend to my ongoing dental care. The office staff is wonderful and efficient too. Plus whenever I need additional care, i.e. dental surgery or an endodontist, LG Family Dentistry works with and refers patients to top professionals in those fields. I moved to the NY Adirondacks from Houston 4 yrs ago for family reasons and was stressed about finding good dentistry up here. Though I’m moving back to Houston, I plan on visiting family here each yr and will plan those visits around when I can schedule appts with Dr. Ruckert. Highly recommend! I recently moved back to the area and was having a hard time finding a dentist as everyone was booked out months ahead. Scheduling was professional, efficient, and courteous. I didn't think I'd be able to find a dentist as great as my last, however, I was pleasantly surprised and couldn't be happier with choosing Lake George Family Dentistry! Lake george family dentistry is set in a clean friendly setting. You are greeted as you enter and wait in a comfortable room. The techs are polite and very professional. Your exam room has soothing music and the exam chair is also comfortable. The dentist is both friendly and conversive. He explains your procedure and answers all questions before starting. I experienced alittle discomfort as the procedure started. The dentist stopped immediately and added an additional medication to block the pain. I would absolutely recommend LGFD More
