I like everything about the Saratoga Family Dentistry practice on Maple Avenue. Alicia manages the front desk with professionalism and outstanding patient service. When I had a recent dental emergency, she worked diligently to schedule a same-day appointment and found one at the Clifton Park office. Dr. Walsh is kind, experienced and his patient care is second to none. And Trish is probably the best hygienist I’ve ever had. She is thorough, explains what she’s doing, answers questions, and makes a cleaning a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Maple Ave! More

From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff member (I apologize for forgetting her name, but she was very helpful), greeted me with warm smiles and genuine kindness, which instantly eased any lingering nerves. The waiting room was calm and clean, and I didn’t have to wait long before being called back to the treatment room. RDH Megan T. was gentle, patient, and took the time to explain everything she was doing, which made the whole experience feel more personal and reassuring. I’m very happy with the team at Maple Ave! Specifically Dr. Walsh & his hygienist. I became part of the Maple Ave practice when they purchased the former dentist I had been going to for 14 years. The staff are very professional & take time to answer questions. Dr. Walsh continually checks-in with your comfort level while working on your teeth.
