I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed while having a crown prepped on one tooth and a filling put into the one next to it. I was checked in on often to see how I was doing/feeling, and explanations were provided to me throughout to ensure my understanding of everything that was going on (and, just as importantly, why everything was being done).
