This office is awesome!! Everyone is so friendly and upbeat all the time. Yesterday, I had an issue that needed to be dealt with. Even though Dr. Ruckert was not in the office he was contacted and I got a call back within 5 minutes. Dr. Marcus made room in his schedule to fix the issue. Never felt rushed and it was the same friendly staff! I highly recommend this practice! More

Dental hygienist, Paula, is truly the best! I am not a fan of a dental visit, and she makes it a positive experience. The front desk staff are professional and friendly. Adding that I needed a crown removed and Dr. Marcus Raffuel is the best dentist I've ever had. This is the first time that I haven't experienced pain when given a shot of novocaine and there was no pain afterwards either. Remarkable! More

Amazing Service,I had a filling fall apart on a Thursday morning, I stopped by and asked if they could help me, I got an appointment the NEXT day at noon, they close at 1pm on Friday…I am a part time resident of this area.I was promptly greeted, taken right into the office and the DR replaced my fillingI had a very sensitive tooth and the Doctor was very patient and kind.I had no dental insurance & the price was VERY reasonable.I highly recommend this Doctor.He is now , my dentist!I want to thank the entire staff, the receptionist. My husband and I had our first visit with Lake George Family Dentistry today, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. We had fallen behind on our dental care and hadn’t been in a few years, so we were a bit nervous, but the entire team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional.When searching for a new dentist, they were one of the only offices in the area to return our call, and they were able to schedule us as new patients within just a few months, which we really appreciated. Our cleanings were some of the best we’ve ever had, and what stood out most was how comfortable they made us feel. At no point did we feel judged, just genuinely cared for. We would highly recommend them to anyone local looking for quality dental care! More

Highly recommend! I recently moved back to the area and was having a hard time finding a dentist as everyone was booked out months ahead. Scheduling was professional, efficient, and courteous. I didn't think I'd be able to find a dentist as great as my last, however, I was pleasantly surprised and couldn't be happier with choosing Lake George Family Dentistry! The technician was wonderful as well as thorough and I was very happy with my cleaning and how attentive she was, along with Dr. Ruckert! I broke a tooth and needed to be seen. Dr Marcus made time to see me within 48hrs. Was able to fix my tooth so I didn’t have to suffer through a weekend and risk breaking the tooth more. I have been going to this practice for over 20yrs and was sad when Dr Mayo left because she was amazing. The new dentist and their staff have been great. I am glad I gave them a chance and stayed with this practice. More

Greenwich Family Dentistry is absolutely FABULOUS!! I hate going to the dentist and they have done everything to help me feel otherwise. Tooth extraction was a breeze. Its the closest thing to a massage appointment and covered by my insurance! Its a win. 😂 Very understanding Dentist (Paul) and Assistants. Everyone is beautiful. At the end of the day - you generally want to get in and out of a Dentist’s office. Greenwich Family Dentistry makes the experience so smooth and pleasant. The front office staff was super welcoming, Colleen, the hygienist that handled my cleaning was awesome, and I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Raffuel. I’ve been a patient of his for years and followed him when he moved to this practice. The space is laid out well, so people aren’t tripping over each other between scan and exam rooms. Very happy I made the switch. More
