Amazing Service,I had a filling fall apart on a Thursday morning, I stopped by and asked if they could help me, I got an appointment the NEXT day at noon, they close at 1pm on Friday…I am a part time resident of this area.I was promptly greeted, taken right into the office and the DR replaced my fillingI had a very sensitive tooth and the Doctor was very patient and kind.I had no dental insurance & the price was VERY reasonable.I highly recommend this Doctor.He is now , my dentist!I want to thank the entire staff, the receptionist. We had fallen behind on our dental care and hadn’t been in a few years, so we were a bit nervous, but the entire team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional.When searching for a new dentist, they were one of the only offices in the area to return our call, and they were able to schedule us as new patients within just a few months, which we really appreciated. Beyond impressed with the team at my visit today! I came for a second opinion after a less-than-great visit to Aspen Dental and I'm SO happy that I did. I never thought I'd be leaving a review for a dental office, but this team was truly exceptional. Both the dentist and dental assistant were incredibly helpful, kind, and easy to talk to. I saw Dr. Marcus and Francesca. I've been having bad pain in a molar and other various symptoms, and they both spent time asking questions to fully understand what was going on, and performed various easy tests to better diagnose the issue. I started going to Lake George Dentistry for about a year. I had a very bad gag reflux. I had a very hard time being able to do the impressions for my dentures. Doctor Marcus said don’t worry we will get through this. So he sent me home with the trays to practice & my Daughter would time me. I needed to try to keep this in my mouth. It was a challenge but in time I did it. Dr.Marcus was so patient with me. Now when I go to the Dentist I absolutely love it. Lake George Family dentistry just isn’t a Dentist office they make you feel so comfortable like family. They gave me back my health & my confidence back. I have had a few procedures done at LGFD and my experiences have been great and my results, i couldnt be more pleased. Dr Marcus is great! His plans are always based on good methodology, which is important to me. We go over briefly what is wrong, why it is that way and what we are going to do to correct it, and if applicable, what plan B will be. The times i have had a question during a procedure, he stops and addresses my question. I always feel i am in good hands with Dr Marcus. In addition, the entire staff at this office should be commended. Tammy and Shelly have been doing my teeth for years and always do a great job, and they are nice people! Dr. Marcus and his team at Lake George Family Dentistry did an absolutely amazing job with the reconstruction of my mouth. From the get go I felt welcomed and reassured that my issues could be taken care of and I could finally get the smile and teeth that I have always wanted. Over the years I have had many rough visits with dentists that seemed to not care as much or not pay attention to overall comfort while sitting through certain procedures involving root canals, crowns, and much more.
