This was my first visit. Dr Franklin was very nice, & seemed knowledgeable. The exam rooms were clean & comfortable. The staff was kind & very professional. I look forward to going back to begin my treatment. My only concern, is it is lacking a button to press for easy opening of their entry doors. It’s difficult if you’re by your self and in a wheelchair. When I questioned this, I was told, by staff it’s an old building & yet to be remodeled. Which is why I removed two stars. Otherwise, it would have been a five star visit.Update: I’ve been to the office four times. Dr. Franklin & his staff are exceptional. I get there ten minutes early. I’ve never had to wait more than five minutes. Dr Franklin is very pleasant, kind, and puts you at ease. He doesn’t rush your appointments & explains everything. His staff is awesome too. I also appreciated their offered insurance for the non-insured. Two free cleanings, 20% off fillings & other things. Give them a call for details. The heavy front door has been cracked open for easier access. It’s a start. Still hoping for an automatic door opener for the elderly & disabled. More

I'm a new patient scheduled for my 1st appointment in February but ran into an emergency situation 1 month prior to that appointment. I couldn't be more pleased with the staff accommodating me, in a drop in situation. The staff was friendly and took my concerns seriously and brought me into an exam room immediately. Dr Franklin was thorough and explained everything in detail. He went above and beyond in this situation. It was my good fortune to have to change dentists and I look forward to working with the crew. For the first time ever in my almost 39 years of age, my cavities were successfully removed with no discomfort afterwards and no need to return. One hour after my appointment, I was eating and drinking without a problem. That is unheard of for me! Thank you Dr. Markus, Jackie, Christina, Erin and the entire team - you guys are the real deal! This was my first visit but I will definitely become a permanent patient. They were welcoming and friendly. I had to have a chip fixed in my front tooth and they were efficient and made my smile good again in short order. Staff had a very good vibe and loved the selection of music playing. More
