I was in a pinch, having a medical emergency and my previous dentist office stopped taking our insurance. GFD were able to squeeze me into the schedule. Hannah, the Patient Care Coordinator was amazing! She was friendly and outgoing, helped guide me on what I needed to do. Paula my hygienist, was awesome! I felt immediately at ease (I don’t enjoy going to the dentist); she was efficient, gentle and informed me on each step she was taking as she worked on me; Dr. Godici, was very pleasant and put me at ease; he was helpful, informing me on how some of my medical conditions can affect my dental health. I will be returning for my cleanings, so glad I found this place. I highly recommend Greenwich Family Dentistry. More

Always such a good experience. Cleanings go friendly, quickly and the tech’s are gentle. The first time I had to have a filling, they listened to me about my anxiety and provided solutions. The second time I had to have a filling was yesterday and I had no anxiety at all. Dr. Raffuel is very personable, caring, and gentle. I didn’t feel the novacane pain at all really and for the first time in my life only the amount of novacane needed was used. My whole face wasn’t numb for 24 hours like usual… Dr. Raffuel is well informed and explains what he is doing and why. He knew I would be sore from some of what he had to do and he prepared me for that and gave me medicine there and to take home. He was right every step of the way and took good care to make sure I was okay and comfortable. He is also the only dentist so far to care enough about my TMJ pain to offer me a solution that no one else had yet and I am grateful to at least give it a try. The receptionists are very knowledgeable and friendly!! I never have to wait long to be called in and the hygienists tech’s have always been so kind and quick and gentle. I recommend Greenwich Family Dentistry to everyone I can. More

Greenwich Family Dentistry is absolutely FABULOUS!! I hate going to the dentist and they have done everything to help me feel otherwise. Their front desk staff is welcoming and helpful, while the actual dentist and hygienist were delightful, informative and showed nothing but respect and understanding with any of my hesitations. At the end of the day - you generally want to get in and out of a Dentist’s office. Greenwich Family Dentistry makes the experience so smooth and pleasant. The front office staff was super welcoming, Colleen, the hygienist that handled my cleaning was awesome, and I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Raffuel. I’ve been a patient of his for years and followed him when he moved to this practice. The space is laid out well, so people aren’t tripping over each other between scan and exam rooms. I honestly did not think I would find a point in time where I would review a dental office but based on my experiences at other places and comparing it to today it is warranted! I absolutely recommend Greenwich Family Dentistry. My tech Colleen is beyond phenomenal. She is kind, considerate, attentive, and most importantly exceptionally knowledgeable. She explained things to me so I understood and at no point did I feel like just a person in a rotating door of people. The dentist Dr Raffaul (I might be spelling this wrong and I apologize!) was just as passionate and knowledgeable! I didn’t feel like that procedures were pushed on me, everything felt thought out, explained, and was planned with me. Thank you and your team (and again HUGE shout out again to Colleen for her exceptional service, personality, knowledge, and passion). Having been client facing in many of my careers I cannot help but notice when someone stands out! I had a broken tooth crisis. The appointment they gave me was over a week away. They came through for me with a next day appointment with the hygienist! They also give you a very nice breakdown of the services/treatments being done and will run your insurance FIRST before doing so. They also actually accept more insurance plans and generally are just more affordable than other dentistries in the area without sacrificing care and quality! More

I couldn’t be happier with my dental care. Everyone is very nice and super professional. I had a bad fall a couple years ago and felt so supported and cared for. They ladies at the desk were so amazing. They helped me with my insurance situation which was so confusing. The dental team made my visits as comfortable as they possibly could. My main reason for switching to Greenwich Family Dentistry was because Dr. Marcus Raffuel is now practicing there. He has done dental work for my family and I in the past and I have 100% confidence in his decisions and ability to do whatever is necessary and in my best interest. Everyone that I encountered at Greenwich Family Dentistry was so genuinely nice and happy! I recently had my first visit to Greenwich Family Dentistry. I was cheerfully greeted at the entrance and in addition to the standard health and Covid screening questions I was asked about how I was doing. I had a very nice conversation and was able to share a bit about myself and learn about my hygienist. What gentle, professional and friendly people! I left the office feeling better than when I entered. The icing on the cake for me was a personalized follow-up email. VERY GOOD PEOPLE and I highly recommend this practice. More

I found them through my new insurance provider. I called to ask if they were accepting new patients. To my uttered surprise they got me in the very next day!! For a cleaning! There was very little wait time before being taken back to a chair. X-rays happened, with results, quickly. My teeth were cleaned, the Dr came in to meet me and review my x-rays, asked for additional angles before deciding on a plan. Explained his point of view for a plan for my teeth. I left with not only a cleaning appointment in 6 months but my first follow-up treatment appointment in 2 DAYS, not weeks or months! Everyone I've met so far, after 2 appointments, seems very nice and very professional. I will definitely recommend this practice!! More
