Dr.Dodd is so professional and cares about his work. He fixed an issue with a crown done by a different dentist that was done incorrectly causing me to bite my lip, he also fixed it esthetically so I no longer have to be self conscious when I smile. Unlike some dental offices where you might wait 45 minutes from your appointment time. As always, the ladies at the front desk, also very professional and friendly.David ManziUpdate 7/31/2026A Composite that I had in my front tooth for about 50 years broke off. I called on a Tuesday morning about coming in to see about it being repaired., I was called back immediately and it was repaired on Friday morning in about a half an hour. Dr. Kavanagh and his Able-bodied assistant worked wonders. Thank you.As a new patient, I expected a long wait for the first appointment, actually the wait was less than 24 hours. Came in for my first appointment, was seen on time, in a fabulous modern facility. The two ladies at the desk were enormously friendly, Jean, my hygienist, was personable, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. And very efficient. I recently started with this dental practice and have been happy with my experience overall. It did take quite a while to get my initial appointment, although that seems pretty common these days. The staff has been pleasant and I’ve been happy with the care I’ve received so far. My only disappointment is learning that the practice will no longer be participating with my insurance next year, which is unfortunate since I’ve just established care here. More

I had a painful toothache that started on Sunday. Monday I called and they got me an appointment for the next morning. I had an emergency crown issue and was able to get in same day. Dr Franklin and his assistant were very professional and able to address the issue and get me scheduled for follow up. I walked out with a temporary crown and very happy with the whole office. My insurance had changed since the last visit, and I was able to sign up for their Smile Advantage Program. Uodate 7/31/2026A Composite that I had in my front tooth for about 50 years broke off. I called on a Tuesday morning about coming in to see about it being repaired., I was called back immediately and it was repaired on Friday morning in about a half an hour. Dr. Kavanagh and his Able-bodied assistant worked wonders. Thank you.As a new patient, I expected a long wait for the first appointment, actually the wait was less than 24 hours. Came in for my first appointment, was seen on time, in a fabulous modern facility. The two ladies at the desk were enormously friendly, Jean, my hygienist, was personable, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. And very efficient. Having my teeth cleaned and x-rays taken was a very positive experience! My hygienist helped me relax and complimented me on how well I floss. She didn't have to do too much scraping.
