I was in a pinch, having a medical emergency and my previous dentist office stopped taking our insurance. GFD were able to squeeze me into the schedule. Hannah, the Patient Care Coordinator was amazing! She was friendly and outgoing, helped guide me on what I needed to do. Paula my hygienist, was awesome! I felt immediately at ease (I don’t enjoy going to the dentist); she was efficient, gentle and informed me on each step she was taking as she worked on me; Dr. Godici, was very pleasant and put me at ease; he was helpful, informing me on how some of my medical conditions can affect my dental health. I will be returning for my cleanings, so glad I found this place. I highly recommend Greenwich Family Dentistry. More

Coming from someone who’s always had bad experiences with dentists and haven’t been to one in years due to high anxiety, I can absolutely say this place changed my look and how I feel about going to the dentist. I had a tooth pulled By Dr.Raffuel and he talked to me every step of the way with what I should feel and kept asking how I was doing during the procedure. Not once did I feel judged but was talked to like a human being. I hardly felt the needles which from past experiences/dentists they were always super painful. The removal of the tooth wasn’t bad! He promised that I wouldn’t feel a thing and that promise was met. I could be more pleased. More

Always such a good experience. Cleanings go friendly, quickly and the tech’s are gentle. The first time I had to have a filling, they listened to me about my anxiety and provided solutions. The second time I had to have a filling was yesterday and I had no anxiety at all. Dr. Raffuel is very personable, caring, and gentle. I didn’t feel the novacane pain at all really and for the first time in my life only the amount of novacane needed was used. My whole face wasn’t numb for 24 hours like usual… Dr. Raffuel is well informed and explains what he is doing and why. He knew I would be sore from some of what he had to do and he prepared me for that and gave me medicine there and to take home. He was right every step of the way and took good care to make sure I was okay and comfortable. He is also the only dentist so far to care enough about my TMJ pain to offer me a solution that no one else had yet and I am grateful to at least give it a try. The receptionists are very knowledgeable and friendly!! I never have to wait long to be called in and the hygienists tech’s have always been so kind and quick and gentle. I recommend Greenwich Family Dentistry to everyone I can. More

I broke a tooth and needed to be seen. Dr Marcus made time to see me within 48hrs. Was able to fix my tooth so I didn’t have to suffer through a weekend and risk breaking the tooth more. At the end of the day - you generally want to get in and out of a Dentist’s office. Greenwich Family Dentistry makes the experience so smooth and pleasant. The front office staff was super welcoming, Colleen, the hygienist that handled my cleaning was awesome, and I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Raffuel. I’ve been a patient of his for years and followed him when he moved to this practice. The space is laid out well, so people aren’t tripping over each other between scan and exam rooms. I have been receiving dental care at Greenwich Family Dentistry for years, having followed my Cambridge dentist there when he joined the practice. I go twice a year for a cleaning and check-up. Hygienist Paula is friendly, thorough, and professional. Kelly and her office staff are likewise professional and courteous. I had a very nice conversation and was able to share a bit about myself and learn about my hygienist. What gentle, professional and friendly people! I left the office feeling better than when I entered. The icing on the cake for me was a personalized follow-up email. VERY GOOD PEOPLE and I highly recommend this practice. More

I am a new patient and have been so impressed with the service and hospitality. Everyone is very welcoming. I had an accident and needed dental work immediately. I left a message the night before and they called the next morning before they were open to get me in that day. The dentist repaired my broken teeth and was able to refer me to specialist immediately to follow up with the next steps. Overall I would recommend Greenwich Family Dentistry. I can’t thank them enough for making me comfortable through such a crazy situation. More

This was my first visit to the Greenwich office. When I lived in Ballston Spa I always went to the Saratoga Office. I moved to Poultney, VT and now the Greenwich Office is closer to me and my dentist moved to this office. How lucky is that? The staff is delightful despite Covid-19. I found them through my new insurance provider. I called to ask if they were accepting new patients. To my uttered surprise they got me in the very next day!! For a cleaning! There was very little wait time before being taken back to a chair. X-rays happened, with results, quickly. My teeth were cleaned, the Dr came in to meet me and review my x-rays, asked for additional angles before deciding on a plan. Explained his point of view for a plan for my teeth. I left with not only a cleaning appointment in 6 months but my first follow-up treatment appointment in 2 DAYS, not weeks or months! Everyone I've met so far, after 2 appointments, seems very nice and very professional. I will definitely recommend this practice!! More
