Dental hygienist, Paula, is truly the best! I am not a fan of a dental visit, and she makes it a positive experience. The front desk staff are professional and friendly. Adding that I needed a crown removed and Dr. Marcus Raffuel is the best dentist I've ever had. This is the first time that I haven't experienced pain when given a shot of novocaine and there was no pain afterwards either. Remarkable! More

I was back at Greenwich Family Dentistry today (02/11/2026) for a workup appointment in preparation for a dental crown. Dr. Raffuel, performed Brilliantly as usual, and his Dental Assistant, Marley, Never Once, mishandled the suction wand to accidentally suck out my appendix.I believe this was my longest visit ever since being a patient at Greenwich Family Dentistry, having outlasted my former dentist, Dr. Valerio, who I believe retired, solely because of the anguish he suffered from the terrible jokes I told at every dental visit. I was in the chair for two hours and fifteen minutes; I think the Hygienists should perform a free vehicle oil change on your vehicle if you're in the chair more than two hours, but I doubt that will happen.Seriously, this Dental Practice has the most Caring and Professional Team, that make you feel like family, as soon as you step in the door. More

I had an excellent experience. I did not have pain before, during, or after the procedure (preparing my tooth for a temporary crown) Dr Raffuel andMarley explained exactly what they were going to do and how long it would take. I started going to Lake George Dentistry for about a year. I had a very bad gag reflux. I had a very hard time being able to do the impressions for my dentures. Doctor Marcus said don’t worry we will get through this. So he sent me home with the trays to practice & my Daughter would time me. I needed to try to keep this in my mouth. It was a challenge but in time I did it. Dr.Marcus was so patient with me. Now when I go to the Dentist I absolutely love it. Lake George Family dentistry just isn’t a Dentist office they make you feel so comfortable like family. They gave me back my health & my confidence back. The girls up front are so amazing in every way possible. They welcome you when you walk in & any question you have they will get the answer Immediately. 10/21/24 First time visit was good, everyone was very nice and gave me great advice. Look forward to continuing my dental care here. 11/5/24 UPDATE: I just wanted to add to my review. Yesterday I was struggling very with severe tooth pain. Not only did they listen to me and handle me professionally and with the best care, Dr. Marcus gave me a last minute root canal and saved me from my mental spiraling. I was in so much pain and called the office in tears. They got me right in, he fixed my tooth and all my pain is gone today! I can’t say enough good things about this office. Thank you thank you thank you!! You guys are all so amazing. More

I broke a tooth and needed to be seen. Dr Marcus made time to see me within 48hrs. Was able to fix my tooth so I didn’t have to suffer through a weekend and risk breaking the tooth more. I have been going to this practice for over 20yrs and was sad when Dr Mayo left because she was amazing. The new dentist and their staff have been great. I am glad I gave them a chance and stayed with this practice. More

Awesome staff and dr Marcus. Travel full time and while in lake George lost a cap. Practice was able to get me in quickly, within an hour. After a quick X-ray to make sure no other problems, They were able to Reglue cap and get me on my way. Very clean and friendly. More

My family and I love this dental office. Everyone is just so nice and makes every visit as comfortable as possible. I had to have some dental work done that was not fun, but they all made it so much easier for me and made sure I was good throughout the entire visit. Highly recommend! More

Tooth extraction was a breeze. Its the closest thing to a massage appointment and covered by my insurance! Its a win. 😂 Very understanding Dentist (Paul) and Assistants. Everyone is beautiful. I honestly did not think I would find a point in time where I would review a dental office but based on my experiences at other places and comparing it to today it is warranted! I absolutely recommend Greenwich Family Dentistry. My tech Colleen is beyond phenomenal. She is kind, considerate, attentive, and most importantly exceptionally knowledgeable. She explained things to me so I understood and at no point did I feel like just a person in a rotating door of people. The dentist Dr Raffaul (I might be spelling this wrong and I apologize!) was just as passionate and knowledgeable! I didn’t feel like that procedures were pushed on me, everything felt thought out, explained, and was planned with me. Thank you and your team (and again HUGE shout out again to Colleen for her exceptional service, personality, knowledge, and passion). Dr. Marcus and his team at Lake George Family Dentistry did an absolutely amazing job with the reconstruction of my mouth. From the get go I felt welcomed and reassured that my issues could be taken care of and I could finally get the smile and teeth that I have always wanted. Over the years I have had many rough visits with dentists that seemed to not care as much or not pay attention to overall comfort while sitting through certain procedures involving root canals, crowns, and much more. After getting up the courage and putting full trust into Dr. Marcus I scheduled a big appointment involving 6 veneers and 2 crowns. Simply put after a couple of hours as I glanced in the mirror I was blown away and now smile with confidence and can't thank his team enough for making sure I was comfortable and for doing such great work. Excellent experience. This office is new to us because we recently moved to this area. I had to have a tooth readied for a permanent cap, so novocaine and grinding necessary and through it all I felt nothing: no pain or discomfort. Lake george family dentistry is set in a clean friendly setting. You are greeted as you enter and wait in a comfortable room. The techs are polite and very professional. Your exam room has soothing music and the exam chair is also comfortable. The dentist is both friendly and conversive. He explains your procedure and answers all questions before starting. I experienced alittle discomfort as the procedure started. The dentist stopped immediately and added an additional medication to block the pain. I would absolutely recommend LGFD More

This office is great! All are friendly and helpful. They answer questions and discuss options. The ladies at the front desk are always willing to check for cost od a procedure. And they send out reminders of your appointments via email and text! Like several times! 🤣 I at one point thought I need a restraining order...lol ....they are great I have suggested them to many.
