This office is awesome!! Everyone is so friendly and upbeat all the time. Yesterday, I had an issue that needed to be dealt with. Even though Dr. Ruckert was not in the office he was contacted and I got a call back within 5 minutes. Dr. Marcus made room in his schedule to fix the issue. Never felt rushed and it was the same friendly staff! I highly recommend this practice! More

Dental hygienist, Paula, is truly the best! I am not a fan of a dental visit, and she makes it a positive experience. The front desk staff are professional and friendly. Adding that I needed a crown removed and Dr. Marcus Raffuel is the best dentist I've ever had. This is the first time that I haven't experienced pain when given a shot of novocaine and there was no pain afterwards either. Remarkable! More

I had my first cleaning here today. My prior dentist stopped taking my insurance, but this practice participates with my insurance, and they are 20 minutes closer to home.My hygienist (Tanya) is fantastic! She told me about all the preventive services they offer (laser treatments, placed antibiotics) and found that they are very affordable. Tanya took her time and was very gentle. The dentist was polite and did a thorough exam.I wish I had found them sooner! I would recommend them to anyone! More

Every time I come in to this Dental office I always feel so welcome and cared for. I have had a few procedures done at LGFD and my experiences have been great and my results, i couldnt be more pleased. Dr Marcus is great! His plans are always based on good methodology, which is important to me. We go over briefly what is wrong, why it is that way and what we are going to do to correct it, and if applicable, what plan B will be. The times i have had a question during a procedure, he stops and addresses my question. I always feel i am in good hands with Dr Marcus. In addition, the entire staff at this office should be commended. Tammy and Shelly have been doing my teeth for years and always do a great job, and they are nice people! I came from great dental care and had to switch due to insurance so I was not excited to start over. I was pleasantly surprised on all sides of my appointment. The office staff was helpful and informative, and Dr. Marcus and the assistant were very thorough, gave me several options for my treatment plan and discussed each one. As a teacher I appreciated the education and respect I was given! Highly recommend!!! More

Yesterday I was struggling very with severe tooth pain. Not only did they listen to me and handle me professionally and with the best care, Dr. Marcus gave me a last minute root canal and saved me from my mental spiraling. I was in so much pain and called the office in tears. They got me right in, he fixed my tooth and all my pain is gone today! I can’t say enough good things about this office. Always such a good experience. Cleanings go friendly, quickly and the tech’s are gentle. The first time I had to have a filling, they listened to me about my anxiety and provided solutions. The second time I had to have a filling was yesterday and I had no anxiety at all. Dr. Raffuel is very personable, caring, and gentle. I didn’t feel the novacane pain at all really and for the first time in my life only the amount of novacane needed was used. My whole face wasn’t numb for 24 hours like usual… Dr. Raffuel is well informed and explains what he is doing and why. He knew I would be sore from some of what he had to do and he prepared me for that and gave me medicine there and to take home. He was right every step of the way and took good care to make sure I was okay and comfortable. He is also the only dentist so far to care enough about my TMJ pain to offer me a solution that no one else had yet and I am grateful to at least give it a try. The receptionists are very knowledgeable and friendly!! I never have to wait long to be called in and the hygienists tech’s have always been so kind and quick and gentle. I recommend Greenwich Family Dentistry to everyone I can. More

My first visit with this office was today and I’m very impressed. I worked with Shelly and Dr. Marcus and both were outstanding. I have not been taking care of my teeth, and I know that. Neither one of them made me feel ashamed or gross at all. Shelly really took her time to do a great job cleaning my teeth. They feel so clean now! They answered my questions and calmed my fears. I feel so relieved leaving when I went in very nervous. In addition to all of that, the office got me in in just a few days as a new patient (on a cancellation, but how awesome!). I was pleased from the beginning to the end of the experience, and I definitely won’t be going anywhere else. More

Awesome staff and dr Marcus. Travel full time and while in lake George lost a cap. Practice was able to get me in quickly, within an hour. After a quick X-ray to make sure no other problems, They were able to Reglue cap and get me on my way. Very clean and friendly. More

At the end of the day - you generally want to get in and out of a Dentist’s office. Greenwich Family Dentistry makes the experience so smooth and pleasant. The front office staff was super welcoming, Colleen, the hygienist that handled my cleaning was awesome, and I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Raffuel. I’ve been a patient of his for years and followed him when he moved to this practice. The space is laid out well, so people aren’t tripping over each other between scan and exam rooms. Lake george family dentistry is set in a clean friendly setting. You are greeted as you enter and wait in a comfortable room. The techs are polite and very professional. Your exam room has soothing music and the exam chair is also comfortable. The dentist is both friendly and conversive. He explains your procedure and answers all questions before starting. I experienced alittle discomfort as the procedure started. The dentist stopped immediately and added an additional medication to block the pain. I would absolutely recommend LGFD More

From the day we made our appointment all the way through the completed treatment, the staff was friendly and very helpful. They took the work out of all of it. My children went in for cleanings and the hygienist, Colleen was very good with kids, fast friendly and efficient! She even made our little guy laugh a few times.
